TASTE OUR TRADITIONAL FOOD
Every day we serve traditional dishes of Romagna and Italian cuisine in our air-conditioned dining room. Our cook Nadia makes each course according to the good old recipes of local gastronomy.
Some of Nadia’s specialties are: lasagna, spaghetti, passatelli of Romagna, nidi di rondine (traditional baked pasta), tagliatelle with meat sauce, fried and grilled fish... and much more. Your children can count on customized menus that include: fish sticks, chops and chips. You can find high chairs in our dining room.
As for breakfast, every morning starts with a pocketful of energy thanks to our buffet. Meals are served at the table and you can find both sweet and savory products such as: different kinds of cakes, fresh croissants, tarts, pies, biscuits, bread, chocolate, jam, muesli, cereals, Romagna salami, ham (cotto and crudo), soft cheese, Fontina cheese, yogurt. All cappuccinos are made by the cafeteria and are served at your table in addition to all sorts of natural juices you can find at the buffet. Breakfast hours are flexible: do not worry if you feel like dozing a little more.
